Apple Crumble

Ingredients
- 300g plain flour
- pinch of salt
- 175g brown sugar
- 200g unsalted butter
Filling
- 4/5 peeled, cored and sliced apples
- 50g brown sugar
- pinch of cinnamon
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C/gas 4
- Mix flour, salt and 175g sugar in a bowl
- Add butter and rub in until the mixture looks like bread crumbs
- In a bowl, mix the apples, 50g sugar and cinnamon
- Grease an ovenproof dish and spoon mixture into the bottom
- Sprinkle crumble on the top
- Bake for 40-45 mins until golden brown
